You have set your goals and  have been working on it, right?
I believe you are enjoying some amazing results already. Keep this up by being more active in your daily activities and or routines. Avoid a sedentary life which really can be detrimental to health. If your job only allows you to sit at a desk all day, please do yourself a favour by constantly taking breaks and take a move around at some given intervals. If there is a gym at work place please use it to your own advantage.
  
Let the desire to keep your body in good health be as important as your job.
